Salon Art + Design is a fair held in November at the Park Avenue Armory in New York. It shows vintage, modern and contemporary design alongside blue-chip art of the twentieth century.

The Fair
The first edition, “The Salon: Art + Design”, opened at the Park Avenue Armory in November 2012. A gala preview on 7 November benefited the Kips Bay Boys & Girls Club, and the fair ran to 12 November. Sanford Smith produced it with France’s Syndicat National des Antiquaires, and more than fifty international dealers took part, twenty-two of whom had shown at that September’s Biennale des Antiquaires in Paris.
Its field is design of every period from the vintage to the contemporary, and beside it twentieth-century art of the first rank.
The fair is held each November at the Armory, 643 Park Avenue; in 2026 it was set for Wednesday 4 to Sunday 8 November.
The Producer
The fair is produced by Sanford L. Smith + Associates, which has produced art and book fairs for over forty years. Since 2024 the firm has been led by its partners, Jennifer Stark and Nicky Dessources.
The same producer runs the ABAA New York International Antiquarian Book Fair, The ADAA Fair and the ESA Ephemera Fair.

Tickets are sold online, on the fair’s own ticket pages, for general admission and for VIP access.
