I. What We Hold

The Court holds the particulars given in an application, in a proposal of another’s name, or in a request to be written to when the Court next receives. It holds correspondence with the Secretary, and the ordinary records of a visit to this site.

II. Why We Hold It

Particulars are held to consider an application, to keep the calendar and its invitations, and to answer correspondence. They are not held for any other purpose.

III. Disclosure

The Court does not sell member particulars and does not share them with third parties for advertising. Disclosure is limited to those who administer the Court and to any obligation at law.

IV. Retention

Particulars of an unsuccessful application are kept for one season and then destroyed. A name left in the Antechamber is kept until the Court next receives, or until its owner asks that it be removed. Member records are kept for the duration of membership and a period thereafter.

V. Your Rights

A member or applicant may ask what is held, ask that it be corrected, or ask that it be erased. Such requests are made to the Secretary in writing, at secretary@themansacourt.com.
